Looks like Krist Novoselic of Nirvana has a new gig called Eyes Adrift. The bass player's new band stepped onstage this week (1/30) at the Troubadour in Los Angeles, where former Nirvana member and Foo Fighter lead Dave Grohl was there showing a little brotherly love alongside Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers and actor/Tenacious D'er Jack Black. In the straight ahead rock band, Novoselic is joined by Bud Gaugh of Sublime and Long Beach Dub Allstars on drums and Curt Kirkwood of Meat Puppets fame on guitar and lead. Reports back suggest that the vocals were weak so perhaps Krist should take a cue from brother Dave and step out front.
